Help Identify Untitled James Gregory Anti-Communist Film

This is a film so obscure we do not even know its title! It features character actor James Gregory (BENEATH THE PLANET OF THE APES; BARNEY MILLER) as a Cold War-era soldier on leave Stateside with his pals. While walking in a park the servicemen encounter a bespectacled (read: lesbian Communist) agitator ranting about peace. One of the servicemen calls her "sister" and reminds her that she's "got it pretty good" in America. Needless to say, she keeps ranting.

CONELRAD first became aware of this "U.S. Army Training film" because it is briefly excerpted in the 1982 documentary THE ATOMIC CAFE. Despite a dedicated search that involved contacting THE ATOMIC CAFE directors and James Gregory’s survivors (not to mention the National Archives, the Library of Congress and, of course, IMDB), we have been unable to find out much of anything about this motion picture. If anyone in the vast Internet public knows anything more, please drop a dime to CONELRAD.
